Hospital Software

Dedicated software along with an application for managing patients from a medical and administrative perspective, designed for medical facilities in Europe, including the Hospital in Grajewo.

For our client, the General Hospital named after Dr. Witold Ginela in Grajewo, which operates over twenty different outpatient clinics and has fifteen partners (Primary Health Care clinics from the Podlaskie and Lublin Voivodeships), we have designed, developed, and implemented dedicated software along with an application. The primary goal of this software is to manage, from both medical and administrative perspectives, patients qualified for the Tick-Borne Diseases Prevention Program.

The project streamlines data management, enables secure storage and generation of customized reports, and provides patients with the ability to track treatment progress, test results, and program qualification.

The solution we have developed includes the following functionalities, among others:
• Import of users from CSV or Moodle API.
• Ability to complete a patient survey without logging in.
• Capability for patients to check and verify their program participation history.
• User addition by doctors, nurses, and administrators with varying levels of permissions.
• Patient management by the ordering party's staff and partners.
• Adding patients with assigned doctors.
• Ability to attach PDF files of tests and surveys.
• Patient interviews conducted by doctors or AOS (Outpatient Clinic) doctors.
• Transparent patient workflow and staging (successive steps in patient care: visit to Primary Health Care, laboratory test orders, specialist outpatient clinic visits - AOS).
• Doctor panel with patient search and assigned patients whose care pathway is open.
• Patient archive with completed care.
• Patient login and registration capability.
• Doctor login and registration capability.
• Integration with a training platform.
• Data encryption using various standards.

In addition, our team has created fully responsive custom graphic designs and translated them into HTML, CSS, and JS code, enabling the application and software to run on smartphones, tablets, as well as desktop and laptop computers.
