The project was completed following the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Certain sections of the project description may have been slightly modified or omitted to comply with all guidelines stipulated in the agreement.

For our institutional client, the Dr. Witold Ginel General Hospital in Grajewo (located in central europe), which operates various clinics and collaborates with over fifteen partner facilities, including Primary Health Care clinics in the Podlaskie and Lublin regions, we are pleased to announce that we have designed, developed, and implemented custom software along with an accompanying application. The primary goal of these solutions is to efficiently manage patients enrolled in the Tick-Borne Disease Prevention Program, covering both medical and administrative aspects.

The project enhances data management, ensures secure data storage, and enables the creation of customized reports. From the patient's perspective, it allows tracking of treatment progress, test results, and program qualification status.

The solution we developed includes the following key features: • Importing users from CSV or Moodle API
• Patient survey completion (without the need for logging in)
• Checking and verifying program participation history by the patient
• Adding users such as doctors, nurses, and administrators with different defined permissions
• Patient management by the client's and partners' staff
• Adding patients and assigning them to doctors
• Attaching files with test results and surveys in PDF format
• Adding patient interviews by doctors/specialist doctors (AOS)
• A clear patient management path and staging (steps of patient care at different stages: Primary Care visit, lab test orders, specialist clinic visit - AOS)
• Doctor's panel with patient search and assigned patients with ongoing care
• Archive of patients with completed care
• Patient login and registration capability
• Doctor login and registration capability
• Integration with a training platform
• Data encryption in various standards

Additionally, our team created fully responsive custom graphic designs and converted them into HTML, CSS, and JS code, enabling the application and software to run smoothly on smartphones, tablets, as well as desktop computers and laptops.
