Scope of Work

Our team at TG Coders has developed a comprehensive jobsite management platform tailored for the construction industry. This application brings together all the essential tools in one place, including daily reports, safety management, timecards, photos, drawings, and more, allowing for seamless monitoring of every aspect of construction projects.

1. Option to track construction progress in real-time.

We have developed a feature that enables consistent progress tracking with customizable daily report templates, offering the flexibility to add or remove content as needed. This functionality not only saves money but also boosts project visibility with real-time weather updates, photos, work logs, and more—eliminating the need for a separate Daily Reporting app.

2. Ensure compliance with mobile-friendly safety inspections.

We developed a feature that ensures compliance with mobile-friendly inspections, assessments, and checklists. It allows for effortless organization and access to safety forms, with the flexibility to create or upload them from a phone, tablet, or computer. You can easily track employee and subcontractor certifications, hazard assessments, incident reports, toolbox talks, and more—eliminating the need for paper or a separate Safety & Compliance app.

3. Manage employees and monitor work and leave schedules.

Manage employees, track their current locations, monitor their productivity, and other key parameters. Keep an eye on leave schedules, salaries, and all other necessary details to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, this feature helps streamline workforce management by providing insights into attendance patterns, overtime, and overall workforce efficiency.

4. Equipment management and documentation tracking.

Efficiently manage equipment and related documentation, including monitoring warranties, scheduled maintenance, and other key parameters such as usage history and operational efficiency. This feature ensures that all equipment is properly maintained and utilized, reducing downtime and extending the lifespan of your assets.

5. Property maintenance and issue reporting.
